founders, pat gooch and jeanne nichols interest came from purchasing and restoring a 1955 home in wheat ridge, co. this interest soon became a passion and resulted in their acquisition of the former commercial greenhouse site rich in metro denver history, which now houses modmood/RETRO Consignment.
