Founders, Pat Gooch and Jeanne Nichols interest came from purchasing and restoring a 1955 home in Wheat Ridge. This interest soon became a passion and resulted in their acquisition of the former commercial greenhouse site rich in metro Denver history, which was the home of modmood/RETRO Consignment for the first 10 years.
